If you do not feel like eating, don't. I never eat before I workout, but find my performance is better if I eat a decent amount before going to bed the night before.
Work out if it impacts your performance - if not, then do not worry about it.0 -
I found what works best for me is to have a protien shake or bar before the morning workout and then breakfast after.0

I'm mildly hypoglycemic, so I try to force myself to eat an 80-calorie yogurt before working out at 5am. I do 60-70 minutes of cardio 6 days/week. Then around 9 or 10 I usually have a snack of dry cereal or a granola bar.0

Try 2 spoonfuls of honey before heading out. Should give you what you need to keep you from slumping but won't leave you feeling nauseous or heavy during the workout.0
