I read how some of you did Weight Watchers and it worked out really well for you. I know any diet works if it works for you. But I gotta change things up cause I keep going back to what worked and I'm flat out bored.
Except for the fact that I'm doing no sugar/ on rice and oats -- I am counting calories/fat and points.
Dinner and night is my worst time. So I did some research and found good fairly healthy frozen dinners. I made a salad enough for several days and ate a can of Amy minestrone for lunch.
Today was the first day and I had a hard time getting in my calories and points because I had to stop because of my fat total. Tomorrow I will change things up and that's not eating eggs. I blew 15 grams of fat on those buggers.
Anyways, I feel really good and I was so less stressed. I fed the kids and dad and sat down to a pretty good dinner. I think these frozen dinners are going to work. kc

You could try eliminating some of the yolks when you have eggs, have only one yolk for every 2-4 eggs. The egg white is pure protein, no fat.0

I also like the frozen dinners. Especially the Lean Cuisine one's. They taste good which is amazing for frozen dinners and are low in cal's. I have them with a salad and really feel as if I had a good filling dinner.0

I am on day 3 of the frozen dinners. You know, i think I have found my ticket. I wanted to join Jenny Craig but no way can I afford it. so these dinners, (my only real problem of the day) are great.
And thanks to all of you, I am getting the support I need. I really look forward to my time on MFP. God Bless all of you. I really do care if you lose the weight and get the health you are after. write anytime, kc0
