Look up history that has been deleted from your computer? I know this has nothing to do with health so I posted it in the fun and games section but I REALLY want to know how to do this and i've tried to google it and get no results so this is where i've turned to and i'm hoping someone out there in my fitness pal world somone will know and be able to help me out!

    You could try to "set" you computer back a couple of days or however long its been since you did your search, but i'm not sure if that will restore your search history.

    Do not set your date back as I don't think that will help.

    What tool you use depends on what you are trying to find out.

    If it is browsing history there are some good tools at http://www.nirsoft.net/web_browser_tools.html

    If you are looking for what someone else did, be careful what you look for, you may not like the results.Some times, it is best not to know what people are doing or saying on the computer.

    I always think- if someone has taken the time to delete the history after their browsing session, they probably have something to hide. Particularly if it's a teenager. :tongue:

    Agreed.
    Sometimes not everything is wiped out though.

    I agree with Ben. Sometimes you don't want to know what they were saying or looking at.
