6 week 6 pack - help

Hi! I recently got the videos 6 week 6 pack by Jillian Michaels and I was planning to start the workout today. However, I only have the videos and no instructions. How many times a week do you have to do this workout to get results? Does it really work? Thanks!

    Ive got this DVD too but am yet to try it, Im not sure how many times your "supposed" to do it for best results. I imagine someone will come along and give their story!

    I haven't done the workout personally, but based on weight lifting / training principles, I'd go 3, maybe 4 x wk depending on your current level of fitness.

    If the idea is to build muscle then you will need rest days to get the benefit out of it

    I haven't got around to trying this one yet either, but I assumed it was like her other videos which I think it's suggested to do 5-6 times a week. Hopefully someone who has done it can tell us :P

    I have this dvd too, its 5-6 days a week for 3 weeks each level. I personally was doing 4-5 days and than had to get minor surgery and didn't pick it back up. But it is a good work out
