Good morning!!! :)

I was recently introduced to the "Good Morning" lift in my lifting class and thought I'd share it just in case others were unaware of it. It's a great addition to your routine if you're working to improve your glutes, hams, hip flexors, and back.

You can do it seated or standing. You can find it on YouTube and here's a little article on it:

    I love good mornings! Great for the back side when loaded and great for just stretching without weight!
