I love the magazine Womens World this one has Tara from the biggest loser and how she lost all that weight and what her eating habits are like and it was a interesting article.... Here are a few tips she gives!!
1.) Make healthy eating convenient ! Pack three cooler bags for three days worth at a time. The good stuff is always there, ready to go. She estimates the approach saves her more than 10,00 calories a week!
2.) Tara made sure to step on the scale every two to three days. Scales are in fact so good at keeping us on track.. University of Minnesota proved that folks who weigh in daily lose 100% more than those on the exact same diet who weigh in weekly.. Weighing in daily keeps you motivated to lose weight..
3.) Writing everything down really helps. Dieters who always recorded their food intake lost double the weight of those who only recorded intake sometimes.
4.) Hunger Proof your schedule: This is her eating schedule 8:30 am breakfast, 11:30 snack, 12:30 lunch, 3:30 snack and then 6:30 dinner and then nothing after that . Women who eat on a set schedule have higher metabolisms , produce fewer fat storage hormones and automatically want 250 fewer calories a day.
5.) Don't eat carbs after 4 pm . At dinner time lean protein, dairy, vegetables and good fat. Since eating carbs at night interferes with your body's ability to produce the hormone HGH which builds muscle and burns fat.
6.) Walk after dinner to avoid boredom snacking

The magazine is only $1.79 and it's so worth it!!! she even has her meal plan on there i recommend picking it up and going over all the tips and meal plan!!! Im so addicted to women's world cause they have so many helpful tips for everything..0

Not only does it have weight lost tips it has tips on make up, there's a nother article in there about 24 hours to a brand new metabolism that had alot of good tips and idea's , Cure a cold in 72 hours, yummy recipes, The best Multivitamin I can go on and on about all the good stuff in these magazines. .. much better then all those gossip ones. ..0

Funny, these are so many of the tips that I use!!
And... last night on TBL they were praising using a food scale and knowing portions. I absolutely LOVE my food scale... I know exactly how many ounces of chicken and lean meat I'm eating along w/ measuring fruit, veggies, even dry goods (oatmeal) to get an exact measurement for staying on track!0
