    BTW: There are LOTS of Canadian food items in the MFP database. If you haven't had a chance to check it out yet, you'll be pleasantly surprised, e.g. Real Canadian Super Store Blue Menu items.

    Guelph Ontario here & still have about 30 lb. to go but came down with a skin condition requiring huge doses of steroids..............grrrrrr. Now I'm watching every mouthful to try & not gain weight, even still it's creeping up. Anyhow, love to be your friend
