Low or no carb ideas

I didn't exercise today, but i still have 118 cals left for the day, but by time i eat dinner i've gone over on my carbs.

so what are some low or no carb ideas? im not fond of cheese strings, yogurt, eggs and i don't eat any meat

    Peanut buttter is always a good protein. Natural without the additives, that is.
  • I would invest in some protein shakes, since you don't eat meat or cheese. There are lots of flavored protein shakes at GNC.com or you can add things to them, such as blueberries or strawberries. I have used chocolate protein shakes before, and added 1 T sugar free cheesecake pudding mix. DELICIOUS! You can make up your own recipes! It's a great way to get protein in when you are low though.

    i'm good on my protein even without eating meat. i eat cottage cheese, and i'll sometimes have cheese and crackers, but crackers have carbs and i dont just want cheese by itself, lol!
