    I'm 5ft 3, started at 179 on Jan. 11th, and I'm down to 138 (-41lbs so far). I went from a size 18 to an 8.

I lost weight by logging what I ate, exercising and moving a LOT more and then eating healthier food. I can still improve in that area
    !
I don't know how to post pics in forums yet, but my profile is open if you want to see those. All of the fat pics are from 2009, 2010. The bikini pic and the one of me in the purple shirt are more recent.

Good luck! YOU CAN DO THIS!

This website is actually really awesome (it's not about weight loss but shows how we all carry our weight differently.) You can put in a height and weight and see how we are all so different!

I'm 5 "2" and 115lbs. I lost 3 lbs so far in my 13 days here on MFP. I'm trying to get in shape and be 105. I'm not sure how to post pics, but my journey just begun so I'll have to wait and see what I will look like when I'm in shape!

    I'm 5'3" - I started at 204 lbs and now weight 157.

Food is everything. Make sure you're feeding yourself correctly and keep your exercising changing. Don't keep doing the same thing over and over

A LOT of Jillian Michaels, elliptical every day for 30 minutes, and counting calories. :)

I think you look beautiful and fit in your before pic. In your after pic, i feel you look too thin.
