calories in margarine

Hi,

Have been totting up my calories for next week but just realised I've not included margarine. Does anyone know roughly how many calories there are in one spread of margarine ie the amount for one piece of toast? I don't think I could live without toast in the morning but worried about cals. in the margarine.....

    The margarine I have right now (Great Value, not my usual) has about 35 calories per teaspoon. You can always do a food search to see the nutrional info of a food.
