    I do...I try to stay as close to 1200 as I can either over or below. To do that I needs to eat!! :)

    Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. if I am hungry then yea I do..but if not I just enjoy being well under my goal.
  • I don't always eat mine back. Often what happens is I eat too much, and then when I work out it helps to curb some of that. I just started MFP though, so... I still have a lot of work to do in controlling my habits and changing my eating. It IS nice to see that extra wiggle room, though.

    So I guess it would be safe to say, eat them if I am hungry. Don't if I'm not. And always make sure the net is at least 1200??

  • Sounds good. It's mostly about what feels right for you and your body. For instance, 1200 is low for me, so I try to stay higher, around 1500 as my net. :D

    Yes, i do. I usually eat about 80-90% of them back. I feel weak during my workouts if I don't. And I've been losing steadily.
