hey guys, i was wondering what you guys eat when you wakeup if you like to workout in the mornings. i'm just starting to get back on schedule, and i'm planning on waking up around 7:30 tomorrow, eating a pre-workout meal by 8 and then heading to the gym at around 9. sound like a good plan? i'm not too sure what i should be fueling myself with though because i only wanna wait an hour before exercising and i don't enjoy working out on a super full tummy. any ideas? thanks everyone:)

I typically eat oatmeal with blueberries in it before a morning workout. For evening workouts, I will have a banana + granola or piece of toast before.0

I do splits A.M. / P.M. but in the morning I stick to either 3 cups of cereal (2 cups Kashi mixed with 1 cup Kelloggs Double chocolate crave cereal) or 4 pcs. of Sara Lee Multi-grain toast with All Natural Crunchy Jiff peanut butter with a sprinkle of honey. I have both meals with my morning travel mug size cup of Keurig coffee with 2 spoons of Domino pure cane sugar and 2 Tbsp. of Hershey's chocolate and caramel coffee creamer... I have a medium Dole banana too...0

Every morning I either walk 2 miles or I do another chapter of C25K walk/jog.
I eat breakfast when I get home.0 -

I eat a little before I workout in the morning or my sugar goes crazy. So typically I have a piece of toast (I use a light version because of the diabetes) with 1 TB peanut butter, after my workout I usually have my protein shake, which is unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of body fortress whey protein, and 1 TB of ground flax seed.0
