My goals ~~~~~~~everyone invited to record you calories goal

Hello. I am going to stick to my calories goal of 1200 per day. and record it here everyday.
Some other goals i have is to walk 3500 steps this week and increase it by 500 till i can walk between 7,--- and 10.000.
Another goal is to stay under 100 grams of carbs. . Please feel free to join me. I am 78 years old so my walking with a walker is slow. But every steps counts. Every goal counts too. I am not going to set a weight goal, if I follow the above the weight will take care of its self.

    great job. u are inspiring. if u can do it, then we shud all be able to do it!
    I feel like also forgetting about the pounds and just worry about my exercise and fitting back into my clothes. worrying about the scale can be very frustrating.

    :flowerforyou: Congratulations on setting your goals, and you are right--the weight WILL take care of itself. As far as "speed' is concerned, "Slow" is a speed, and as I recall the tortise won the race with the rabbit, Right?
