I am 5'2" and I currently weigh 120 lbs. I know 120 is not a lot, but for someone my height, it isn't low. My friend weighs 112 and she is 5'3".

I am not complaining, I am in the best shape of my life. I am just wondering, because I was hovering around 115 before, yet, my clothes fit better now. I fit into a size 1 whereas at 115 I wasn't.

I know the scale doesn't matter, I am just wondering why I am a good 5 lbs heavier, when I feel and look better now.

Also, anyone know what the normal weight is for someone my height? People are always surprised I weigh so much because I look as though I weigh about 10 lbs less.

It's probably more muscle. I have that same thing going on. I recently went "shopping" in my closet and found that most of my clothes fit me now. And those clothes fit me when I weighed 15-20 pounds lighter. But now I'm in much better shape then I used to be even at a smaller weight. I've found that the number on the scale is just a guideline. It doesn't really mean much more than that.
