Okay, so you know the v-line? Is there any exercise that can thicken this? I want to know, i hear alot say deadlifts, or regular crunches. What do you guys think? I need to know. Thanks everyone for the support!

I just learned that weighted oblique bends will thicken the waist line and take away form the tappered look we all want. I have been doing those and wondered why my waist was getting bigger, lol... Now I know.0
