How are you changing your eating habits?

My question is how are changing your eating habits, what are you omitting to help you lose the weight and what are you adding more of? I have taken most dairy out of my diet and try to cut back on breads. I try to go heavy on the veggies, but I noticed that my fiber goes sky high do any of you know if you could possibly eat too much fiber?

  • I have just been substituting... like skim or almond mild instead of 2% or whole. Turkey instead of beef. Eggs whites instead of whole eggs. Light foods instead of Non light foods! lol. I cant taste the diff like a lot of ppl. Water or unsweet tea instead of coke or sweet tea. I snack on snap peas instead of chips or other snack stuff. Just substituting has made a big difference in my cal!

    I already follow a low Gi-diet (or at least try to!) its not going very well at the moment. so I haven't. Though I have changed when I eat so that I am not tempted to snack after a workout.
