    phew! this is the problem being British, if u wrote scratch your bum I'd think it was the outer cheek!

    Switch off the alarm - week days I tend to wake before the alarm goes off.

    Listen and wait to hear if my son is awake - I don't know why I do this. I like listening to him play I guess.

    Put on my glasses and go to the loo.
