I met my boyfriend on POF after taking a little break from it, too. I popped back on and got a message from my current guy. One I hadn't seen in the searches before because he was slightly older and further away than I had in my search parameters. You never know how things will work out. My guy told me very early he was falling for me and I was thinking "Bullsh*t" because a lot of guys that come on the strongest burn fast and out...poof! But I tried not to be cynical and just took it as it came. We have something good and solid.
Sometimes it really is just easy to be with someone. Don't worry about if he's a freak until he proves it. Trust your instincts and proceed cautiously, but naturally. He just voiced what you may have thought. This person is cool and if things work out, I can see us as a couple. That's good that he is forthright so try your best not to doubt his sincerity. Have fun and enjoy his company, the rest will come.0 -
