If I burn about 1000 calories in the gym per day and I eat clean and healthy, how long will it take before I start seeing results to my weightloss ?

You say you are eating clean and healthy, but are you eating enough? If you are burning that many calories at the gym, you have to be sure you are eating a good amount during the day.
I find for myself that if I don't eat enough to refuel my body, my body refuses to let go of any weight. The minute I start "reassuring" my body by feeding it lots of good food, the weight melts off. Seems crazy to say eat more to lose, but if you are very active, your metabolism will need to be fed often.
Hope that helps.0
