Intermittent Fasting As A Lifestyle?

Hello! I have been doing IF(22 hours fasted/2 hours eating window), and I'm just wondering how permanent the benefits of choosing this diet can be, and how sustainable this way of life will be in the short term. I have been IFing for 3 weeks no prob, and lost in upwards of 20 lbs (6 foot 1, down from 324 to 305).

I'm not seeing anything in your diary - an indication of whether you're getting enough nutrition is the only way to really answer the question.
Out of curiosity, why such a narrow food window? I'm on 16/8, and find that it works well for me. But if I go shorter than that, then I get sick from trying to cram enough food in my face to actually fuel my body.0
