Smoothes for Breakfest Normally fruit

Seafood
corn
green beans
sometimes 2 percent cheese when diet calories allow
Potatoes in moderation
whole wheat pasta
whole wheat bread
orange juice
eqq whites
fat free milk
Lower sodium products
