I have been doing this for about a month on and off but I think its time to get serious as to I'm just getting bigger and now I think I'm going through menopause do to early hysterctomy...please add me as my friends are not on here n don't deal with being overweight...maybe we can check in n keep up the motivation Thanks ladies and have an AWESOME DAY!!! :-.)
