Costco has flatout flatbreads that are great for wraps. I use the multigrain with flax variety. Very good and extremely healthy. Use flavored cream cheese or low-fat cream cheese spread, red lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cooked chicken breasts. Or there are healthy recipes on flatbread's website. You can even freeze the flatbreads. I even make pizza with them. Bake the flatbread for 7 minutes, then I place shredded mozzarella, thinly sliced tomatoes and sprinkle cut-up fresh basil. Also sprinkle 2 tbs of balsamic vinaigrette all over and bake for 15 min. A guilt-free pizza!
