Most of what I do does not require equipment. Squats, crunches, walking, lunges, stretching, yoga etc.0

I dance to some lively CD's & incorporate some aerobic moves in with dance moves! Time just seem to fly when I am dancing & singing to the music!!0

Not to be a party pooper but don't you need equipment to swim i.e. a pool??
Not really -- I am a fish -- I normally swim in the lake and if its not the right season, then yes, the pool (or a friends pool?) Haha. Then it's free and you don't need a membership to go.0 -
Squats (because I'm getting better at these).
Jumping jacks.
Raising my knees to my chest.
Stretching.
My favourite though, by far, fidgeting

Burpees would be my number one exercise0

Pull-ups on a cedar tree back in the woods. Push-ups, body weight squats, and running/walking are great too.0

jogging in place during commercial breaks.
it's short bursts of cardio, you don't feel like your doing too much, burns about 12 calories a minute, AND you still get to watch your favorite shows without feeling guilty that you should be exercising.
