Bkft: Slim fast and banana, "not much into breakfast".
Lunch 1/2 quesadilli with chicken and black bean corn salsa
Dinner Turkey breast, small sweet potato and green beans with almonds.

Look like things have slow down here some. My PC came down with a irus and been in the shop. Just got it back tonight. Will be back posting my Menu starting tomorrow. Hope to see a bunch of you back here.

Breakfast: Tillamook Yogurt mixed with 1 cup multi grain cheerios.
Lunch: Southwest Chicken Panini (Lunch on the run, kind of. lol)
Dinner: Hamburger gravy (With Turkey instead of beef), baked potato, 1/2 cup corn.
Snacks: Apple w/2 tbls peanutbutter, string cheese.
Total: 1549 (11 cals under goal. I'll take it.)0 -

Dinner will be - A fajita made out of a Whole Wheat Tortilla

Good morning everyone. For awhile there this thread slowed down. I am glad people are staring to post again.
Don't worry Marie. Today will be a better day. I have been really tired lately and didn't do so good eating wise last week because of that. I eat to try to keep myself moving and awake. :-(
Today's meals aren't the best but I have P90X YogaX tonight so I know I will burn alot of it off.
Breakfast: Dunkin Donuts bagel and hot chocolate.
Lunch: Tortilla soup
Snack: P90X protein bar
Dinner: P90X recovery drink.0 -

I haven't decided what I am going to eat today yet, But will get started.

Breakfast: Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte and a slice of reduced fat Banana and Chocolate chip coffee cake.
Lunch: Homemade ham, potato and cabbage soup
Snack: Hardboiled egg (gotta eat the Easter eggs that my son made). P90X protein bar and protein shake.
Dinner: None tonight is a late night with practice and then P90X afterwards. By the time I finish all that it is to close to bedtime to eat.
