    Bkft: Slim fast and banana, "not much into breakfast".
    Lunch 1/2 quesadilli with chicken and black bean corn salsa
    Dinner Turkey breast, small sweet potato and green beans with almonds.
    Snack. apple slices and melted peanut butter

    Look like things have slow down here some. My PC came down with a irus and been in the shop. Just got it back tonight. Will be back posting my Menu starting tomorrow. Hope to see a bunch of you back here.

    ooh, I'll jump in!

    Breakfast: Tillamook Yogurt mixed with 1 cup multi grain cheerios.

    Lunch: Southwest Chicken Panini (Lunch on the run, kind of. lol)

    Dinner: Hamburger gravy (With Turkey instead of beef), baked potato, 1/2 cup corn.

    Snacks: Apple w/2 tbls peanutbutter, string cheese.

    Total: 1549 (11 cals under goal. I'll take it.)

    Lunch 1: Medium Fuji Apple
    Oikos Greek Yogurt - Blueberry

    Lunch 2: 2 Cups Baby Spinich
    1/3 Cup Red Onion
    1 Morning Star Farms BBQ Riblet
    3 Tbsp Kraft Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

    Dinner: AmyLu Smoked Andouille Chicken Sausage
    2 Tbsp French's Spicy Mustard
    1 Cup Broccoli (Frozen)
    1 Cup Cauliflower (Frozen)

    wasa crackers light

    Lunch:
    white tuna with kraft light mayo
    celery sticks
    radishes
    2 plain multigrain rice cakes
    gold peak unsweeted tea

    Dinner:
    wheat flour tortilla with 1/3 fat cream cheese with avodado and tomato slices
    1/4 cups of raisins

    Breakfast - Organic version of Honey Bunches of Oats with 2% Reduced Fat Milk
    6 ounces of Lipton Green Tea
    Hard boiled egg

    Morning snack - 100 calorie pack of Orville Redenbacher Kettle Corn

    Lunch - Whole Wheat Tortilla with Chicken Salad and Romaine Lettuce
    Light String Cheese
    8 ounces of vegetable juice

    Afternoon snack #1 before I work out will be - 2 blocks of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate
    4 ounces of 2% Reduced Fat Milk

    Afternoon snack #2 after I work out will be - 4 ounces of plain Greek yogurt mixed with
    1 tbsp of honey and
    10 raspberries

    Dinner will be - A fajita made out of a Whole Wheat Tortilla
    2 ounces of 90% Lean Ground Beef
    Sweet Onion
    Orange Bell Pepper
    and a side of 1 cup of Green Beans

    I had another bad day eating wise. Just get too stress out and head for the fridge. Hope tomorrow will be better.

    Good morning everyone. For awhile there this thread slowed down. I am glad people are staring to post again.

    Don't worry Marie. Today will be a better day. I have been really tired lately and didn't do so good eating wise last week because of that. I eat to try to keep myself moving and awake. :-(

    Today's meals aren't the best but I have P90X YogaX tonight so I know I will burn alot of it off.

    Breakfast: Dunkin Donuts bagel and hot chocolate.

    Lunch: Tortilla soup

    Snack: P90X protein bar

    Dinner: P90X recovery drink.

    Hello Amberc, glad to see you around again. And we were slow there for awhile. But glad to see more people here.

    I haven't decided what I am going to eat today yet, But will get started.

    Breakfast:flowerforyou: Jay Robb's shake with 1 c. Frozen peaches,1 c. Hood countdown milk and 3 T of ground flax 1 scroop of Jay Robb shake, for 330 calories

  • Breakfast - 2/3 cup of steamed edamame & 2 slices of turkey lunch meat.
    Lunch - nigiri sushi (4 salmon & 4 tuna)
    Dinner - chef salad
    Snack - i haven't had one yet today, nothing sounds good even though I'm hungry

    Good morning. Looks like it slowed down again.

    Breakfast: Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte and a slice of reduced fat Banana and Chocolate chip coffee cake.

    Lunch: Homemade ham, potato and cabbage soup

    Snack: Hardboiled egg (gotta eat the Easter eggs that my son made). P90X protein bar and protein shake.

    Dinner: None tonight is a late night with practice and then P90X afterwards. By the time I finish all that it is to close to bedtime to eat.

    Post workout: Protein shake.

    It has been awhile! Hope you all are well and had a good Easter.

    Breakfast: slice of cheese, 1 scrambled egg, 3 egg whites, all on a multi-grain english muffin

    Lunch: pepper turkey, cheese, olive oil mayo, lettuce, on 2 slices light wheat bread, baby carrots, homemade coleslaw (with cranberries and walnuts yum!), red velvet light yogurt

    Dinner: grilled portobello "buger" with provolone, pesto mayo, lettuce, on a sandwich thin, homemade spicy sweet potato fries, ketchup, more slaw probably

    Snack: Undecided...

    Breakfast - Banana (I usually eat more then this, i just lost track of time)

    Lunch - 1 can tuna with 1tbs light mayo
    27 whole wheat cheez-its
    15 baby carrots

    Dinner- 1 Turkey Sausage
    1/2 cup stove top stuffing
    1 cup salad (maybe i haven't decided fully on the veggie)

    Snack - either yogurt or a low fat cheese stick.
