    Breakfast:
    1 cup of Kashi cereal with a splash of milk.
    1/8 cup of raisins

    Lunch:
    6 meat and vegtable dumplings
    1/4 cup of raisins
    half bottle of vitamin water

    Around 550 calories so far.

    I'm hoping for pasta for dinner.
  • not sure what's for dinner, going to bbq. breakfast was no oil sautee veggies with two eggs scrambled in with salsa and a little cheese; lunch was a pita pocket with a little cheese and ceviche in it. Now I'm baking no salt homemade sweet potato fries!!!

    Breakfast: Luna Smores bar (on the run!)

    Lunch: tuna salad sandwich (a little light mayo, sweet relish, cranberries, slivered almonds) on light wheat bread, 1 mini bag of lime popcorn, baby carrots

    Snack: apple turnover yogurt

    Dinner: homemade sloppy joe on a sandwich thin with cheese, baked fries, ketchup, 1/2 cup of steamed veggies

    Uhhhh I have to go to the grocery :bigsmile:

    I too have to go grocery shopping, so today was sort of...weird.

    Breakfast: 2 eggo buttermilk waffles, plain

    Snack: Apple slices

    Lunch: (Here comes potluck, hahaha) Two slices of white bread with mustard, half a slice of muenster cheese, a cheese stick, and peach yogurt

    Snack: Apple slices again!

    Dinner: Not sure yet. But I'm thinking it'll probably be a can of soup. Or a lean cuisine. Or maybe "potluck" again. :)

    Can't wait to go grocery shopping, because I've just bought a great cookbook! Burgers, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, chocolate cake, cookies, baked "fried" chicken, and all sort of soups and salads. Mexican, italian, "comfort foods". :) All in my calorie and fat gram range! If you're wondering, it's "Taste of Home: Everyday light meals." GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!

    Breakfast: Fiber One pancakes with vanilla protein powder mixed in (I'm addicted to these right now); one whole egg and two egg whites scrambled

    Snack: Apple with 1Tbs peanut butter

    Lunch: Turkey sandwich, 1/2 serving of All Bran crackers, 60 calorie chocolate pudding

    Post workout: Chocolate milk

    Dinner: Will be spaghetti with mom's homemade sauce (YUM!)

    Snack tonight depends on if I eat garlic bread with my dinner or not - hard to resist bread

    :drinker: Bedtime snack : greek yogurt and Texas Sheet cake , made with flaxs

    Here's what today is looking like - @least it is the plan so far....
    Breakfast - a 90 calorie Special K breakfast bar and a banana.
    Lunch - whatever Lean cuisine I pulled out of the freezer at 5:40 am as I left for work.
    ...some kind of snacks through out today - i have under 100 calore snacks above my desk - for whenever I can get to them .
    Dinner- my husband put some ribs in a slow cooker before leaving for work this am. Whatevere else is going with them - I have no idea? i will see when I get home- hopefully I willbe home by 6pm today.
    Yeah - MFP is a bit of a struggle- but I do try!

    Today was my run day so I got to eat a bit more calories than usual.

    Breakfast: Protein pancakes with a little syrup, bacon, scrambled eggs (one whole, one white)

    Snack: Apple with peanut butter

    Lunch: Large salad with grilled chicken

    Dinner: BBQ beef on whole wheat bun, chips, veggies with dip, little bit of coleslaw

    Snack: 60 calorie chocolate pudding cup, 4 nilla wafers

    B: Everything bagel thin w/poached egg and laughing cow
    MS: Cliff Honey Graham bar
    L: leftover cayenne shrimp stir fry
    S: banana blackberry smoothie
    D: Chicken black bean quesadilla (home roasted chicken breast, reduced sodium black beans, lowfat sharp cheddar, 98% fat free tortillas)

    Lunch: left over bbq beef, raw veggies
    Snack: 60 cal pudding cup (Couldn't help myself. I was craving chocolate and this kept me from eating candy on the table at work.)
    Dinner: Subway turkey sandwich, baked lays (I have class tonight and this is my usual)
    Snack: banana and a glass of milk

    Hello. :)

    Breakfast: 1/4 cup multigrain cheerios, 3/4 cup of kashi honey puffs, 1/4 cup of fiber one bran, 3/4 cup of Almond breeze. (I like to mix all of my cereals. :P)
    Lunch: 2 slices of pizza. (Took the kindergarteners from school to chuck e cheeses and that was all they were serving unless I paid extra which I'm low on cash. =.=)
    snack: 1 cup of yogurt with a bit of sugarfree preserves mixed in.
    Dinner: Chili Dog. (Another bad choice. ><)
    After: some hershey's kisses.
    I did pretty horrible today, but tomorrow will be better....hopefully :)

    Hello.

    Breakfast: 1cup of Honey Nut Cheerios with 1/2cup of 2% milk
    Lunch: Ham and Baby Swiss sandwich w/ horseradish and 1cup of premixed salad w/ vinergarette salad dressing
    Dinner: Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, and green beans, small salad (1 cup)
    Evening Snack: applesauce (4oz.)

    MMMMM ! How are you making the potatos?

    Lunch: Egg Salad (One full egg, one egg white, 1tbs mayo, 2tsp mustard), deli flat, wheat cheez-its and carrots

    Dinner: Turkey burger w/cheese and ketchup, steamed broccoli and 1/2 cup rice

    I think I did much better today. :P

    Breakfast: 1 cup dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt, 1/2 banana, strawberries, and 1/4 cup fiber one bran. 2 cups of coffee..
    Lunch: Albacore tuna sandwich, freeze dried bananas and strawberries, 100 calorie pack of cocoa roast almonds.
    Snack: 3/4 cup of frozen grapes, 2 strawberries, and a couple nuts.
    Dinner: Haven't gotten to that yet, but there are pinto beans cooking with hamhocks, onions and such in the crockpot.
    Went through a lot of gum today as well..

    Breakfast: 1/2 c. of cottage cheese, 1/2 SF Jello, Coffee with 1 T of half and half
    countdown's hood chocolate milk

    Lunch: Shrimp , cold slaw , anther veggie of somesort, tea.

    Snack: Hoods countdown 'schcolate milk

    Supper: chicken taco with lettuce and tomatoes. tea

    Snack" greek yogurt

    3:00 AM 1/2 peanut butter sandwich

    Midmorning snack: Fiber one 90 calorie pb and chocolate bar, 1 plum
    Lunch: Tuna salad cup, Steamed mixed veggies, bowl of red globe grapes and strawberries.
    Afternoon snack: 100 cal reeces pack
    Dinner: tuna/salmon sashimi and some of a 'rock and roll' sushi roll and some of an oyster roll from Nagoya.
