I've been struggling with weight loss for several months. All of a sudden since Sunday I've been dropping about a pound a day. I'm just waiting for it to come back up, but hey, its a loss and I'll take it.
I haven't changed ANYTHING and realize its not healthy, but short of going out to eat a Big Mac daily I'll just accept the weight loss. And I feel great. Go figure

You know I feel like this just happened to me too.
I think maybe I was so out of shape the the workouts I was doing really through my body for a loop and it soterd water and glycogen like crazy b/c it was sure I had lost my mind and would need them. After about 6 weeks my body finally decided this was going to be okay and let go. This week of all weeks I shouldn't be losing but hey I'm not going to complain either. However, I have decided not to record my weight again for a few days in case its a fluke.0 -
I've had s omething like that happen to me too. Not a pound a day, but close to it, specially after I've been a plateau for a while. It's kind of like my body/metabolism finally figured out what my brain wants!0
