    Weigh in Dates:
    10/1 195.2 Scales are up 3 pounds in 2 days. Not a good way to start the month.
    10/8 191.2 -4 Father-in-law passed away, so not much will get done MFP wise this week.
    10/18 193.4 Stress continues.
    10/27 190.8 after my run.
    10/31 192.8

    Total weight lost: 2.6 As I get closer and closer to maintenance I have to work harder. But it still helps so much to keep trying!!

    Just for fun: Given that this is October with the fun event called Halloween, what is the spookiest, eeriest, most frightening or just plain bizzare thing that has happened to you since you started to lose weight?

    Going through photos at my in laws house saw a picture of myself several years ago at what was probably my highest weight. THAT was scary!!! Won't go back there again (to the weight not the in-laws house).

    August: Lost 4 pounds
    September: 3 pounds
    October: 4 pounds

    total weight lost 4.6 lbs. I admit I wanted more, but at least it is a loss. Maybe another 4 next month???

    Well, not quite goal, but definitely a loss at least. It has been a tough month and I haven't been sticking to plan and I've had zero exercise apart from walking to and from work. Next month, I want to make it into the 140s!
