How to get back in the 'groove'

I've lost roughly 120 lbs since last October. I'm happy and proud of my accomplishments, but I still want to lose another 100. Problem is, I've been so lazy with my eating and exercise lately. I was so focused losing the 120 and nothing could derail me, but now I do great for a couple of days and then fall off the healthy eating. How to I get my determination back? Determined to lose this 100 lbs, but I need to stay focused. Any ideas?

are you visually motivated? maybe get a pic of yourself when you were at your heaviest and post it on the fridge and in your car as a reminder of what you never want to go back to. Or you could adopt a mantra to repeat to yourself when you're wanting to eat somehting not so great. If your haivng trouble sticking to one thing or another maybe try just exercising for a month straight or no exercise and just eating well for a month. or even one of those for a week if you respond better to short term goals. Sometimes its overwhelming to think of having to do a gazillion things at once but when you break it down into smaller goals it's easier. I've lately adopted the habit of telling myself multiple times a day "I do not eat sweets", "I do not eat fried foods", "I do not eat fast food". It's been working so far, as a matter of fact while typing this at work just now I passed up a chocolate covered almond! :)

Go shopping and try on clothes! That always motivates me :)
