    I'm in BBG week 2 currently. For those who doesn't know, it consists of 3x strength training, 3x low intensity cardio and 1x stretching per week :)

    I eat around 1,800 calories per day (just started eating so clean).

    Aim: To lose body fat and gain muscle. I want to look lean :) If that means losing weight too then that's fine but as my BMI is healthy it's more about the aesthetics for me as opposed to the scale!

    I eat between 1,400 - 1,600 calories a day and work out about 5 times a week x

    I just read about body types, I am definitely an endomorph! I eat ~1500 cals/day, work out 2-3x week consistently. I started changing my eating habits though, to eat most of my carbs in the morning after the gym, macros are 45P/25F/30C, and I fast between 6pm and 9am.

    Calories: Between 1600 - 1800 a day. Try to eat closer to 1800 when I know I'll be doing a heavier workout.
    Gym: 3 - 5 days a week (depending on how ambitious I'm feeling)

    I'm pretty muscular so I don't want to drop too low. Would like to lose some fat in my inner thighs and lower stomach.

    I'm not so sure about my goal weight, because I'll I've been trying to do is to lose fat. I eat somewhere between 1300-2200 calories a day, I don't have any specific macro distribuition range. I exercise 4-6x a week (with 4-5x days of cardio and 3 of strength training and 2-3 of yoga).

    I was thin my whole life until menopause when I went from 125 in 2007, 135 in 2009, 140's during my early 50's. Finally, hit 160 in December. Yegad!!!
