Workout free Wednesday 10/17/12

Hey All,
What's everyone doing to get a workout in today since today there's no TF scheduled? I'm thinking about doing a Jillian Michaels workout. I have two DVDs that are still wrapped in plastic. I'm in a groove right now with my eating. I've sworn off sweets (which includes my twizzlers) and I'm doing well so far. Next month I'll cut back on my carbs. Which will be challenging since I'm a vegan and I eat a lot of pasta and rice.

Shalla - how did that cleanse go? Three days? Wow!! Tell us about it. How's the weather out your way. Any signs of snow yet?

Ruckus - how's your TF workouts coming along. Tell us a little about yourself.

    Good morning ladies! I think those are great goals you have set forth for yourself. Take it one day at a time. You can do it Jacci! I'm thinking just Zumba today. My goal is to lose 500-800 calories doing Zumba today. Drink plenty of water and stay on track.

    Oh, my cleanse wen't very well in my opinion. My body seemed to be more cooperative with me. Feeling better as to like feeling backed up and sorts like that. So a success in my eyes. Yesterday, I started getting hungry and went downstairs for some peanuts and to my surprise they we're gone! I almost had a heart attack LOL. I ate turkey snack bites instead those are so yummy that's why I limit myself to only 4.

    It's cold here, no snow yet. Hopefully none while I'm still here LOL. I hate snow. -.- Me and snow aren't pals at all. I'm moving to WI where it's like one of the Queens of snow. Gah, I feel bad for myself because I'm not use to snow. I'm not use to cold weather. I like warmth ahaha. I'm not prepared for winter at all. Hbu?
