I am terrified for the holidays

  • My best hope is to maintain. I think it's natural for our bodies to want to hang onto some nice warm bodyfat to keep us toasty. i'm afraid of triggering cravings when I take a bite of a treat. I'm writing down my goals and reading them everyday to remember why I'm doing this. Also helps to have some kind of timed goal coming up, like sign up for a 5k or something.
