I'm beyond frustrated. Yesterday I had a bad eating day. I had some chocate, Doritos, pizza.....so basically yesterday was my 'cheat' day for this week. Weighing myself this morning I 'gained' 10 lbs of what I'm assuming is bloat from all the sodium I consumed yesterday. This is so freaking frustrating!! I lost 117 lbs effortlessly over the last year and now I can't seem to lose any more and I still need to lose 100 more. This is bs!! I don't know what to do to shock my body into letting to of this weight. I work out, and I eat healthy aside from one cheat day (more like cheat meal) once per week. Help!

If it's bloat it should go again though, it just feels bad when you look at it. That often happens to me after a weekend when I've been to a party or something, I put 3 or 4lbs on and then it goes again during the week.
Remember you need to eat 3500 calories over what you need to live to actually put a lb of fat on, so don't be too downhearted, it's just a very temporary blip.
And you've lost an amazing amount so far, just remember that!0 -
The first rule of cheat days.....never weigh in the day afterwards.0

eh it don't matter, just keep going in the direction your going. Its not like you stopped exercising for a few months, which a lot of people end up doing. try not to think of it as something you "have" to do, and more something you like to do everyday. just basically stay active. youve come a long way, and lifestyle changes don't happen without bumps of learning who you are and your relationships with food.0
