Frustration to motivation...

The hardest part about weight loss is the plateau effect. You are making all these great efforts inches and pounds are being shredded... than BAM everything comes to a slamming halt before your very eyes.
A week has past, and nothing, than two weeks and same thing. Frustration sets in, motivation is wavering.. you feel like giving up... Comfort foods find their way back into your cupbards and shelves...failure seems inevitable. Success seems futile... why try, right? Might as well give up now, you've done all you could; you just aren't meant to be thin or fit or in shape. You look fine, you are comfortable the way you are. Or are you?
I sure as heck am not! I will never quit! I hit my plateau, and hit it again. I'm on a second plateau myself! Forget this noise I say! Press on, lean in, push harder! I broke it once, I'll shatter this a second time! I'm 50lbs down, with 20 to go! I've made a slide in the wrong way put on a couple pounds after losing my motivation. I will not let myself fail. I have come too far, done too much to give up now!
Are you with me? Will you follow me to success? General George S. Patton said it best with, "Lead me, follow me or get out of my way."
I will never quit... will you?
