    Hello everyone,
    I just started today.
    Nov. 26 - 1 mile Had some difficulty with having to go a little slower but that's okay.

    Did 5 miles yesterday night ( 5 mile fat burning walk) and 3 miles this morning. Oh boys and girls, I have to hurry up if I want to reach the goal. Walk, walk, walk, walk.......

  • Wow, just let me say that I'm so glad that I joined this challenge because I have gained some great new friends & you all do such a great job that it definitely motivates me to do better in December! :)

    I think our group gets better every month! I too agree with JCD4ever - I have made the best friends doing this challenge and gain new ones every month! LOVE walking with you all and thank you for keeping me motivated!

    Won't be able to walk the next two days. So I finished my goal!
    I know it wasn't a very big one, but it was big enough for me and what I could handle.

    I am hoping that my kids will get me another dvd for Christmas, one that varies from 1 mile to 5 miles.

    Wednesday:

    3 miles: WAP 7 Day Calorie Blast: 1 Mile Get Started, 2 miles- Walk Away Your Stress.

    Goal for November: 60

    So far: 77 miles

    Previewing this DVD from the library as it came in this week. I did like the Walk Away Your Stress walk. It had Carol and Mary Kay and Beth in it. Mary Kay was super hi energy in it so it was great walk.
    I boosted and also added double and quad knee lifts to the 1 mile walk to get some cal burning going on. It is a great beginners walk as it is. I walked 45 minutes outside. Lovely day today.
