Are you thinking about your goal for December yet? I hope everyone one of you are walking next month! I cannot tell you how this has inspired and motivated me! Walk strong all the way to the end! Every mile a victory!!

Go for it! I love the calorie burn on those 5 mile walks. Some days I think I will just do 3 miles but he once I get to the fourth mile I just keep on going.......yay for leslie0 -

I DID IT!!! Started in the middle of the month...committed to 40 miles. Bought the new Ultimate 5 day walk plan and got my 40 miles!!! December...going for 60 miles!!!0

I just had to do the last walk on this DVD tonight (fitting that it was the evening mile) to even out my mileage number .
I am so proud of everyone for all the miles walked, ran, and jogged.

I did the last 4 miles on Thursday. I didn't log/walk yesterday because my DH injured himself and we ended up with him being stitched up. I wasn't in the mood for walking afterwards. I did 5 miles this morning before I ran over 7 miles so I think I made up for yesterday
It is a pleasure to walk with you and I will join you in December again. But I will aim for 60 miles only since I'm running about 20 miles every week....
