I'm 5'9.5". I have a pretty curvy body (I wear a 36DD).
Before weight: 208 lbs (Sept 2012)
After weight: 172 lbs (June 2013)
This picture was taken 3 years ago. I'm currently at 187 (stopped using MFP and lost some motivation). But this thread is giving me such great inspiration to get back into shape! My new goal weight is 155 lbs.5 -
Just bumping this thread! I am so glad I found it again. I don't have any pictures (Maybe next time I visit I will have some) I'm 5'11 started on April 1st of 2015 and since then have lost 84.4 lbs in about a year time. I still have a long ways to go, but even still. I feel a lot better about myself already! I'm not sure what body frame I have but my height hides my real weight well. People are always misjudging it.

Hello! This is such a positive thread, I love it! I am 5'9", currently 331lbs - a size 24. I just hit my peak weight and I'm done with this. I have always been overweight, but very proportioned so no one ever believes my actual weight. I lost weight in high school almost 20yrs ago and made it down to 170lbs and a size 10. I felt great. I love watching your transformations, please add me so we can help motivate each other! I'll update with pics as soon as I can. Good luck and love to you all!

I must have zero muscle mass. My start weight is almost everyone's goal weight.

I am 5'9" but was much taller as a teenager. I have scoliosis, and have lost a total of 4" of height due to curvature in my spine. I don't know what this means for my "ideal weight" precisely, but I'm pretty happy with where I'm at now. I have dropped from approximately 270 lbs to 167 lbs over the last 22 months.

Definitely following this thread. You ladies are so motivating!!
Hello! I'm 25,married,and I struggle with PCOS.
I'm 5'10", I was 282 at my highest weight. From Dec. 2015-May 2016 I dropped to 270lbs. And since May of this year to now, I'm down another 30lbs and sitting right at 240lbs currently.
I just finally started seeing a difference in my fat face lol, so I'll post some face to face comparisons.
My long term goal is to get down to 180. But I've been 200+ lbs since I was in the 5th grade, so I honestly don't have a clue if I can actually get that small lol.
I'll keep you updated24 -

Emily - that's amazing... what did you start with and what's your diet/workout routine now?2 -
I'm between 5'10'' and 5'11''. At my heaviest I was over 200, started with MFP when I was around 190 and it took me about 9 months to get down to 145. I do consider myself lucky to be tall, I feel as though I can fluctuate a bit more than shorter people without it being as noticeable.
When I looked for before pictures I couldn't believe that closeup of my face! I almost don't remember ever looking like that, it seems like so long ago.
I have been maintaining for about 2 years now. Now when I gain a few pounds I know I can get rid of them with patience and discipline so I don't let it get me down! That would only lead to more weight gain.
