Is this myth about eating late at night true....

I have one golden rule for my clients when it comes to eating late... Do not eat starchy or sugary carbs. Only lean sources of protein and veggies should be eaten late in the day if fat burning is the goal. Another rule of thumb... If you're awake, you should be eating every 3 hrs, including late night, right up until the minute you go to bed. So eat away.
LOL So... what your saying is... These Poptart Ice cream sandwiches at midnight have got to stop?? Eh... not happening. :glasses:0 -
The only reason why I don't eat later at night is because I am prone to very bad acid reflux. If I eat too close to bed then I will be up all night with it. I personally think its a myth.0

Gah. I just realized this is a dead thread. Why do people insist on resurrecting? Moving on... :yawn:0

I tend to eat the majority of my calories at night and it hasn't hindered my weight loss at all. Tonight I will probably have 1400-1600 calories to eat after 10pm.0
