Finished my first 5K this morning

congrats!!! It feels great, doesn't it?!?! I finished #1 11/4 and I am going for my nexy 5K on Thursday. My time for my first 5k was close to yours (I was in week 5 of my C25K and walked a bit too) but I finished under the time I had estimated for myself. Now this time I hope to 'shave' 2 - 3 minutes off my time .... Keep doing what you are doing and you will make great progress :flowerforyou:0
