Week 3 day 2 for me. I have had a lot of family issues going on the last couple days and I feel like my family thinks I am Dr. Phil and everyone comes to me to deal with their problems and I get left with all the stress and having to pick up everyones pieces and to top it off my son has had a temperature of 104 for 2 days and doctor says he also has a slight ear infection. Did not workout at all on the 18th or 19th and barely ate at all. I Went to bed last night so upset with myself for only eating 1 meal all day and even though I still have all this crazy family issues going on, I have to get out of this funk and workout and force myself to get back on track. I just put my son down for his nap so I am doing day two right now. Sorry for my venting but I need to get it out and this is the only place I feel comfortable doing that.

Hey Kat, its completely understandable to feel a little lost and drowning in everyone else's drama. Its overwhelming. Your mind right now is your enemy. It's going to tell u to take a break, its going to tell you that you can eat this or that and its okay because you aren't feeling very well. Right now you need to kick your mind in the *kitten*. Your mind needs you to exercise. It needs you to take your control back. Draw your lines with family and friends. Your workout time is just as important. It is something you think about everytime you are not doing it. Push, push, push through. You are the light in the tunnel. Get up, crank that music, move your body, put that DVD on, pick up your weights and Go! Your mind will thank you tonite as your laying in bed saying "I Did It!"

Trust me I just got through a six day setback, don't let it get you that far behind like I did :(

Katrina-I totally understand, I have had my mom who is suffering from demetia/Alhemizers who wants to conversate during my workouts and if she isn't asking questions she wants something.... ( not that I couldn't use the break but it's longer then 5sec.) I have told myself I must press on. I am finally doing this for me, I want to feel and look a certian way and I deserve it. So when ever we as Mommy's/daughters are presented with challenges and we will be we just can't let it keep us down for long.

Hang in there.. (vent away no judgements here...) :-)

Thank you ladies!! It really helps

I feel so much better now that I finished my RI30 workout. Think I am going to go out for a walk with my lil sicky boy, The suns shinning so I think some fresh air will do him and I both good.
