    How many calories you eat a day? I try to NET my daily goal, so how many calories I actually eat varies. My daily NET is 1200, so if I burn any calories, I will usually eat most of them in addition to the 1200.

    How many calories you eat a day? I just changed it from 1200 to 1350 Only been on MFP for a few weeks.
