It is so good to be a part of this with you guys. I would say the last 3 days I have been doing great. Under on the calories and working out. I've been working out, mainly bike and yoga, for a long time so that's not my problem, it's the diet and it feels good doing so well with that lately. If I could only remember how much better I feel.0

Naughty weekend and skipping challenge gone slightly due to sore shoulder but I am getting back on it!0
