Losing 50 MORE pounds?

Now, I've lost close to 50 now. But I've fallen off the wagon and hopped back on so many times. I just dunno what to do anymore. I'm not sure how much I should eat. Should I do more cardio or more weight training to get a small body all around?

Don't pay attention to the scale and focus on weight training. Weight training is what will change the shape of your body the most. You may not see the changes on the scale that you would like but you will see the changes in your body. Clothing will fit better and you will eventually be in a different size. Weight training should also help with any extra skin.
Eat enough protein and don't eat too little and I"m sure you will like the changes you see.0 -

I'd say do both, but you can do more of what you enjoy. I go through phases, sometimes I hate cardio so I only do it a couple times a week and lift the rest of the time, but lately I'm on a cardio kick so I only strength train twice a week.0

MIx up both. Cardio is great (it works your heart too which is a muscle) for burning calories. More muscle means more calories burned though so strength is great to have.
If you are more into building some muscle you need a small deficit and focus on getting more than enough protein in your diet. Lift heavy and take a day off in between strength sessions to let your muscles repair themselves. If you lift heavy you may notice you look a bit bigger at the beginning however that will stop once you get into it.0
