i mustache a question!

SO.
i am very active evrey day i try to do SOMETHING involoving a lil cardio. But, not everyday am i able to ride the bike or go for a run. What are some exercises that do some crazy burnin that i could do, or that you do and seem to really bring a sweat. For i want to EARN MY SHOWER.

    Lifting heavy.... it honestly doesn't make me as sweaty or feel as dirty as long session cardio... but the shower feels significantly better afterwards. The warm water on recently stressed muscles... so nice.

    Nothing gets your heart rate up faster than jump rope.

    Burpees, mountain climbers, jump squats, hop ins, hop outs, there are so many things you can do

    Jump Rope, Boxing (hitting a heavy bag or shadow boxing), Burpees. You'll be sweating within a minute.

    ....and of course, lifting and throwing heavy things around.

    yea like dude said...jump rope. you can do that anywhere. or do mountain clibmers

    I have a compulsive disorder with showers. I usually shower twice a day. Always in the morning before work (gets me up and going), and always after my workout in the evening before bed.:smile:
