how to get back on track?

It's been almost a year (in January) since I started and I have lost 52 pounds. I took a lot of dedication that I seem to have lost now. I find myself eating more crap, skipping workouts and binging more and more and I feel so bad about it.

What should I do to get motivated again?

    Look at the pictures you have of yourself before you lost weight..
