    Kitchen scale. Seriously.

    Seriously, I'm dismayed it took 2 and half pages for this to make the list. Get a food scale before you get any of that other stuff.

    Shoes, Garmin GPS watch, ipod shuffle, headset, massage stick. :bigsmile: makes a :heart: great run. I know some don't run without music, but that is how I enjoy it, it feels like dancing.
