I tried the calculator, please forgive my ignorance, but I don't understand it. I enterd my info, said I wanted to lose 3 lbs in one week and it gave me two different calorie numbers. One showed 1956 calories and 92.99 lbs, the other showed 456 calories for a different weight. Am I suppose to deduct the 456 from the 1956 or is it trying to tell me to only eat 456 calories(gasp)? The paragraph did not explain very well. Thank you!0
