Bummer that the other thread got locked. Can't it be unlocked since all the spam has been deleted?

Haven't posted in awhile, some misc. food.

From Universal's Islands of Adventure, Seuss Landing, green eggs and ham sandwich:

    I love it!

Oven baked chicken legs using my normal shake & bake of gluten free flour and five spice powder. Leftover Asian slaw which looks a bit soggy but still tastes okay. Sliced tomatoes with Thai basil and Yuzu ponzu.

I like this shake & bake method because the spice flavors permeate the meat even after I remove the skin.

Trying to use up leftovers but tossed the small portion of salmon mi cuit we still had in the fridge from the dinner party two Saturday's ago. So today's salad with was with avocado and smoked smoked salmon instead. Main of linguine and the pesto I defrosted a few days ago with the last of the cherry tomatoes.

What a neat topic! Do you ever include nutritional content?

I blog my meal pictures here http://aldousmom.tumblr.com/ they come straight from my phone as I have them, so they're not on a pic hosting site.

This is a recent and favorite dinner: tempeh with vegetables (green beans and broccoli) in spicy peanut sauce, over rice noodles. A little higher in fat than my usual meal, but I use this kind of meal during a hard training week b/c I need the calories. Still no added fat to it, though.
