Beef rendang pulled out of the freezer and a bunch of asian veggie sides. Quick pickled Korean carrots, Vietnamese roast aubergine salad, cucumber with commercial Japanaese goma dressing, Indonesian green beans stir fried with sambal and shalllots. Rice.

@amandaeve We have a lot of similar tastes in food, apparently. Never thought to mix eggs and tempeh. I guess you dip some of the tempeh in the soft yolk?! I'm intrigued at the yummy potential!! Also, I'm now going to make a spring roll for lunch. Thx for the inspo!
The plan was to mix the tempeh in with the stir-fry, but this was a very bitter variety so I ended up steaming it separately. And, yes, dip it in the yolk I did!
I finally tried this for today's breakfast. A warmed over and slightly crispy "quinoa and sesame" tempeh with soft boiled eggs. Oh my my my! Thank you for the inspo!2 -

Our first takeaway meal since lockdown started two months ago in London. Jinxiang chicken with hand pulled belt strap noodles, pak choi with garlic, egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour pork ribs.

instant pot spicy polish sausage and veg blended soup (just tossed ingredients in)
