Jamie Eason's Live Fit Program.. HELP!!!

I am wanting to start this program but need some help with the workouts...

I dont have a gym membership or the money to join one. My work has a VERY SMALL gym (treadmill, bike, elliptical, free weights from 3 to 100 pounds), pull up bar and some yoga balls. So I'm needed help on what I can do with the equipment I have access to verses the stuff in the workout program.

Like for day 1:
3 X 12 of each
Wide Pushups
Dumbbell Bench Press
Flat Bench Cable Flyers
Narrow Pushups
Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extension
Tricep Pushdown

What can I do instead of the Flat bench cable flyers and the Tricep pushdowns since I dont have machines for that?

Is this just a program you NEED to have access to these types of machines to do?

You can do Dumbbell flyes on the floor and do bench dips for the pushdowns.

Well, you could adapt a lot of it, so that you could do it at home.

But it would take a lot of adapting, of equipment, exercise and likely reps.

It would be a lot quicker to go and find a program that was designed for your situation.

If I were you (and for some reason I didn't read after not having money for gym membership) I'd search and find a weights program based around those dumbbells. I'd assume that they go heavy enough for the majority of exercises for a cats strength range.
